Everything I've built
Projects
Live demos first, then hackathon builds, the software I write for the lab, and side projects.
Try it
- Evidence Network demo The working exchange: pose a drug-discovery decision, watch other labs answer it, and see what crossed the boundary and what stayed home. Synthetic data throughout.
- Evidence Network film A scripted playback of one recorded episode across three laptops: every packet that moved, and why.
- LabWren Describe an assay in chat, get a calculator that shows its math.
- BCA Analyzer Upload a plate-reader export, click wells to assign standards and samples, and get concentrations and dilution volumes.
- CystiNers Quantum descriptors and pocket feature vectors for 4,910 ligandable human cysteines: GFN2-xTB on 10 Å cut-outs of Boltz-2 folds. Browse any site's reactivity profile.
Hackathon · Self-Accelerating AI for Drug Development · San Francisco · Oct 16–22, 2026
- Evidence Network My solo entry. An exchange where drug-discovery teams buy the evidence that would change their next decision. Prices come from value of information, every answer carries a signed receipt, and the underlying data stays with the lab that made it.
- DarkSite Five-person team. Ranks cysteines as handles for covalent drugs on hard-to-drug proteins, with a time-split so the model is scored on sites it could not have seen. I led data, labels, and the pitch.
Lab software
- Ionomos Open-source proteomics reports: FragPipe, DIA-NN, or MaxQuant results in, checkable statistics out. Also runs FragPipe hands-off on the lab PC.
- Cysteine atlas Pipeline and web explorer that pulls the Nomura group's chemoproteomics experiments into one cysteine reactivity atlas.
- BCA Analyzer Plate-map workbench for Tecan BCA exports: curves, concentrations, dilutions.
Side projects
- Sightline Predicts which cysteines a chemoproteomics workflow can observe at all, and which protease would bring the missing ones into view.
- Riftrunner A browser movement shooter: wall-running, a grapple hook, and a hostile boid swarm over procedurally generated alien canyons. Vanilla JavaScript and three.js, no engine. Plays on a desktop with a mouse and keyboard.
